Horrible experience. Joined on a trial. Never received an email receipt or confirmation. Was then billed $53 which is inconsistent with the pricing shown on their sign up page. Then had to comb through their entire website to locate cancellation information. Only to be told 48 hours is required ahead of the charge. But there’s nowhere indicating what plan you are even on in your account. No way in Apple to even see the subscription. 3 customer service reps continuously reply a copy and pasted Terms and Conditions policy that was not made clear when joining. Can see they’ve replied to every complaint here with the same copy and paste comment only to move you to their email where the gaslighting continues. I never even used the service! Absolutely avoid! What a joke!
