I signed up for the first month of the Walking Yoga Plan and was very disappointed. First of all you need a fairly quiet place to walk as you perform breathing exercises and practice yoga as you go. Difficult is you live in a town. No way to forward plan or practice the exercises beforehand unless you have time to watch the video first. I found the music repetitive and monotonous.I was enlisted for a second month without warning and £24.47 taken out of my account.I contacted the help/support desk when the amount was pending and they refused to stop the payment and I am now £24.47 down for something that I am not using.I would not recommend this app to anyone. I only signed up for one month. There is nothing clear when you join to say you must cancel the second month in advance.And this was the response from the message below. Why am I not surprised:Hello,Thank you for reaching out again and for sharing your concerns. I truly understand how disappointing this situation is, especially given your circumstances, and I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.Your Walking Yoga subscription was canceled as soon as you requested, so you will not be charged again in the future. You will continue to have access to your plan until July 25, 2025, which is the end of your current paid period.Regarding your refund request, our policy states that payments are non-refundable once processed. This information is presented during the sign-up process and in our terms and conditions. I understand that you may not have noticed the automatic renewal, and I’m sorry for any confusion this caused.
