Edit - They replied to my review, again without a resolution. I have already contacted their support team with the issue, and only when I didn't get a resolution did I post a review here. Appreciate the standard response, but there is no meaningful resolution to fix their mistake of misleading the customers. Sadly, I am not the only one with this experience.Such frauds. Watch out, they'll sneakily charge you with no notification of price hike. No clear way to opt out. They hide behind terms of refund policy.
