I wouldn't touch this company.Used the app once and realised it wasn't for me.A month later I am charged £24.47 for the following month, double the price of what I initially paid for the first month. Contacted them and asked for a refund but was informed I needed to contact them 48 hrs before the renewal date. It doesnt state anywhere on the app when your renewal date is so if you don't remember when you signed up your going to get charged for the second month.There is nowhere on the app where you can cancel the subscription, you need to email to cancel.When I contacted them through email iI had this response.'Regarding the renewal date, I understand it can be frustrating if this information is not easily visible in the app.' Then why not make it visible???Because they know exactly what they're doing.
