I subscribed to this app for 3 months, used it for a month but didn’t keep up with it. Yesterday I realised I had been charged for another 3 months. Payment was pending so I emailed them to request a refund. I received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund as it was clearly stated in their T&Cs at sign up.Nowhere is there any information about subscription on the app. The fact I haven’t used the app for two months means I wasn’t actively looking Surely customers should be notified either by email or as a reminder that they will be charged soon so that they can cancel if needed. Where is the transparency? Very annoyed
