Please be really careful with their subscription policyI downloaded the app for a 3 month trial and used it for a week but it wasn't for me.I checked on my app and the subscription online to make sure I don't get charged- nothing mentioned so i thought it was all good. I checked my credit card and £42, if I had read that money would automatically be taken out on the sign up page. I would have not downloaded it I emailed them to request a refund, received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund. Yes I should have read the terms and conditions, but who really reads them 🤔🤔You should at least let your customers know either by email or as a reminder that they will be charged soon so that they can take their precaution!Reply to walking app. I have emailed the help team they are the ones who said I can not get my money back
