I subscribed to this app for 3 months and didn’t use it. Yesterday I realised I had been charged for another 3 months. I emailed them to request a refund, received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund as it was clearly stated in their T&Cs at sign up.Nowhere in the app there is any information about your subscription. You should at least let your customers know either by email or as a reminder that they will be charged soon so that they can take made an educated decision.
