I have bought a 3 month offer, did not enjoy the app at all, it’s very restrictive and when my 3 months were app, and I could see no cancellation button on the app , I thought this is end of this, but no, without a warning they have charged me for another 3 months and a full price which is just a waste of money! I have contacted customer service straight away , but they were so unhelpful & seems like this app is just all about taking money from people but not about the customer ! Only after this experience I have discovered many people unhappy with the app! PS: just very diplomatic response from the app , but not actually resolving my issue at all….contacting your email / help will not lead to getting my refund anyway …
