There was no mention of the ongoing subscription nature of the product in the confirmation email - it simply said "1 month plan". I have now been charged for 2 more months @ £24.47 per month something I would never have agreed to if I had known about the ongoing nature of the subscription.Customer services were quick to cancel when I realised and emailed on 7th July but they refused to reimburse me for the 2 months I never agreed to. They hid behind Terms and Conditions which were not mentioned in the confirmation email. I am taking this up with Trading Standards as I feel this is very underhand and not consumer friendly. There was no reminder about the ongoing nature of the subscription either. So I have paid out almost £50 for something I haven't even used.My recommendation is to avoid this app - it's making money by hiding behind T&C's which are not visible in the email confirmation nor the app. Save your money and a lot of hassle!
