Deceptive Subscription – No Way to Cancel, No Refunds.I strongly advise avoiding the Walking Yoga app. I signed up for a free trial and cancelled within the trial period, yet I was still charged £24.47. Shockingly, the subscription doesn’t appear in Apple Subscriptions, and there is no way to cancel it through the app or website.When I contacted support, I was met with copy-pasted responses and a refusal to issue a refund — despite zero usage and my clear intent to cancel. Their "no refund" policy completely ignores the fact that users are being trapped in subscriptions they can’t manage or stop.This feels deliberately misleading, and I’m now reporting the charge to my bank and Apple. I’ll also be sharing this experience across social media to prevent others from falling into the same trap.Avoid this app at all costs — their practices are unfair, opaque, and in my opinion, unethical.In their response, they’ll likely express regret and suggest contacting their customer service team — giving the impression they care about resolving issues. However, please be aware that this is typically unhelpful and met with copy-and-paste replies and blanket refusals - they are here for your money, not you!
