Pricing policy is not clear. Subscribed to a month but it wasn’t for me. Checked the App Store and wasn’t a recurring subscription so didn’t have to do anything but then another £25 came out of my account. Emailed for a refund and this was refused but no further payments. Not happy so avoid high charges… I did get a very polite reply but not my money back….. Regarding your refund request, according to our policy, payments are non-refundable once processed. The subscription terms, including the automatic renewal after the trial period, were presented during the initial checkout process.
