If I could give 0 I would.I received a reply to my original review asking me to contact them via email which I have done.I have received the same regurgitated reply from the same person who replied to my initial complaint.Please don't insult me by saying you'll take my concerns seriously and want to resolve as quickly as possible and then allow a Junior Support Analyst to tell me she won't refund the money you took without my consent.How is that taking a concern seriously and resolving?I'm absolutely disgusted with your company's action and complete lack of empathy.
