Same experience as many. Had an original email to say I had arranged a 3 month plan, no mention of auto renewing and obviously well hidden in the terms and conditions. Emailed immediately when saw a pending payment for renewal. Reply states it renews automatically and they have cancelled future subscriptions but they won't refund the one pending. Apparently I can continue to use the app, which is so boring. Poor exercise plan and even worse service
