It’s legit, not a scam as most reviews says but was not happy with the videos/recordings/what was offered. Had to turn on the app while walking and if I remember correctly there’s music accompanying me while walking. There are some exercises to be done but they don’t tell you how to do it but just tell you verbally mostly. I hated that. Notifications don’t work. I paid for 2/3 months but used it for only 2 days! Couldn’t find their cancellation policy anywhere so wrote in to Customer Service whose service was ok. They responded within 24 hours. It would have been nice if they offered to refund me after 2 days of using it. It was not for me but I can see why some people liked it.
