I signed up for the 30-day trial first £12 and was shocked to find another £24.47 taken from my account today without warning. I was never clearly shown or asked to agree to any terms authorising this charge, and I haven’t even used the app yet and been told that this trial ends in under a month too. How can they do this if I haven't even used it??It’s incredibly misleading and feels like a deliberate trap to catch people out.After looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one—there are loads of people saying the same thing. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-off issue.Avoid this app unless you want to be charged without consent. I’ve had to contact support just to cancel, and now I’m chasing a refund, which they're saying I'm not entitled to. Extremely disappointing and dishonest practice.How do you give ZERO stars?!
