AVOID!!! Same here, signed up for one month and realised today after looking through bank statements that they charged £24.47 the following month. No communication whatsoever that this was a rolling subscription. Only one email received confirming an order and then you are suddenly charged for the next month without any consent, communication or confirmation the payment was taken. Very sneaky and absolutely misleading! I have contacted the company (order number 1889137) and got a similar reply from Nora that they would cancel any further payments but won’t refund anything!! Be transparent and upfront, own up and refund people the money!
