Just a quiet charge to your account, and by the time you realise, it’s too late. I guess they count on people missing it so they can pocket the money.Despite not using the plan at all, their support team refuses to issue even a partial refund. All they’ve said is that I can continue to access the service until the end of the month, when my subscription will be cancelled. That’s it. No empathy, no flexibility, just a flat refusal. Absolutely shocking customer service.This isn’t just bad business – it’s a scam, plain and simple. Avoid at all costs.
