I only intended to make a one-time payment, assuming it was a straightforward transaction, but it turned out to be a subscription. On top of that, I barely used the app for more than three days because it keeps freezing every few minutes, requiring constant manual intervention to resume. Plus, the screen must remain unlocked to receive instructions. I reached out to their support via email, but I haven't received any response.
