Paid £11.99 for a 7 day plan and haven’t received it. Said it was going to be emailed, haven’t had anything. Try logging into the app and my details aren’t recognised. Went through the app answered all the questions again and the app wants to charge me even more a 7 day plan. Who do I need to contact to get me money back!
