I explored the app and was drawn in via the quiz to determine how it could apply to me. After going further into the sign up, I chose not to join and backed out while deleting my entries from previous screens. I was billed anyway. As soon as I saw the billing, I contacted them to explain the error. They refused to credit my account even though I had not accessed the app. They said they stopped the continued monthly billing. We shall see. Meanwhile, I was charged $30 for a mistaken registration. Boo. What has happened to companies who do the right thing and make customers whole? Very disappointing.
