I found the app temperamental. Took ages to load, would freeze and sometimes not work at all. I’ve just come from incomplete class yet yesterday was a rest day. The app had two rest days this week which means two classes this week alone I paid for and never received, you can’t progress to the next day either. However, I have updated the app and today's experience was a lot better in terms of not freezing and playing in a reasonable time frame. I worked this out on my own volition but I have received good service from organisers when required. I would have liked a warning about the recurring monthly charge too after my first trial month which doubled unexpectedly the second month.
