Dear Walking Yoga Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration regarding unauthorized charges made to my account. I downloaded your app for testing purposes, and immediately, I was charged two separate amounts on the same day. I contacted you right away via email, requesting a cancellation of my membership and a refund for the charges. However, not only did I not receive a cancellation or refund, but the following month, I was charged double the amount.When I reached out via email again, I was told that I should have requested the cancellation 48 hours earlier and that no refund would be issued. If I had not followed up with you, I would have been charged again in March. I explicitly asked for my membership to be canceled, and yet you failed to act on that request.This is an unacceptable business practice. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of my membership.
