Signed up for the “one month” subscription. Unable to continue after day 2 due to an Achilles injury. The app itself is very good. However you do not get any renewal notifications before the month is up, I’ve therefore been charged today a monthly subscription, it’s a bit misleading as I can’t find anywhere in my original email that they would automatically renew. Thought I was just signing up for a month. Possibly my fault for not reading everything at the initial enquiry stage. I’ve emailed and had a response very quickly but as others have stated on here they there “no refund policy”. Wonder how many otherCustomers have also been caught out. Just find the whole thing misleading so won’t be returning to this app once my injury has healed.
