Similarly to other customers who have reviewed, I signed up for a 3 month period and, when allowed access to plan, realised that it wasn’t for me. I didn’t use it once and had forgotten completely that I had even signed up for it. I let the plan run out without realising that, unless you cancel, the plan auto-renews. I’ve been charged for the auto renewal (money I cannot afford to lose) and sent an email today to the website - the day the money came out of my account - to ask for a refund. I was told that, as per their policy, they could not refund after the money had been taken. I didn’t receive any reminders of auto renewal payments prior to the payment being taken, which might have been kind for a site that suggests it support well-being. My anxiety levels are way up. I would bear this in mind if signing up.
