I signed up to this programme today, paying for a 3 month plan. After adding all my details, I decided the plan wasn’t for me - it was very different to what I expected based on the instagram advert. I contacted the company, within an hour of joining, to explain that it wasn’t for me, and requested a refund. I got a reply back quite quickly saying that my subscription had been cancelled but that they don’t issue refunds. They did however remove access to the paid-for plan. I definitely feel like I have been scammed. Update: followed up with company as asked. Complete waste of time. They didn’t answer why they both refused a refund AND removed access to the app. I had missed the fact that the payment was non-refundable, which is on me. Terrible policy though - reputable companies have cooling off periods. Don’t envy the job of the customer service staff.
