I would advise against using this service! They denied my refund request despite the tour leaving without us after we arrived on time. We booked a specific tour and arrived during the grace period but were informed that the tour had already departed. Attempts to contact the service for resolution were unproductive, and I received no follow-up regarding my refund request.

We started at 7:45 AM but had to meet at 7:30 AM, which made it seem like we would enter early with fewer crowds. Instead, we entered at 9 AM with the other tours, and it was crowded. While this process saved time standing in line, some were disappointed by the early start and the packed Sistine Chapel. As a solo traveler valuing time, it did save me frustration from waiting in separate lines.
