Sonia and her group were amazing in selling and buying another home. They were quick and attentive to my every need. They were prompt with answering my questions and requests. They did not push me to do anything. They gave me helpful advice when I needed it. Everyone I had to interact with during both the sale and purchase of my new home were all just as helpful. I have purchased and sold 3 other homes and none of them were as easy as Orange Realty has made this one. Definitely 5 stars!!

Sonia is definitely the best agent I've ever worked with. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. She has many years of experience which she used to provide expert advice and recommendations. We had a challenging seller side and she was able to deal with them and shield me from a lot of the difficulties that were encountered. I would recommend her without reservation.
They are everything we were looking for and more. We set out 1-2 years ago to start a rental property. We knew we wanted it to be somewhere we wouldn’t mind visiting but we quickly found out that the bigger problem was finding a management company that would be dependable, ethical, and a positive experience for us and our guests. So we changed our focus from looking for a house, to looking for a team. We hit the jackpot when we found Orange. I’ll admit that I’m a somewhere lazy investor. We play and travel a lot. So I can drop the ball. This team is constantly keeping the ball moving without being too much. They offer shares in the company to all of their employees. So everyone is invested. They emulate high integrity so you never feel taken advantage of. And they are always trying to get better. Make no mistake. Orlando is not a bad place to visit. But we would have never wanted a place here, if we had found the management team we wanted somewhere else.
