Wow never dealt with someone as rude as the manager of this place called Dee. Found a dog friday and took her into my family home and looked after her, reported and shared on social media to over 50k people aswell as reporting to local shops etc. On Saturday took her to the vets and she had a chip. So off she went to hopefully be reunited with her owners but instead I get a call Saying she'll be taking here as the details on the chip are invalid. Monday I call these up and speak to someone regarding the dog I found and was told that no one has come forward and that they would get Dee to call me regarding putting my name down to rehome her. Another day passes and no answer so today I put myself out once again to contact them and after 5/6 attempts someome finally amswers so i explain the situation and express my concerns with information not being passed on. I was then told my attitude stunk and that they would not be allowimg me to rehome the dog. They dont care for the animals just care about the money. I have since found out that if you find a dog around essex it is best to report it then keep it for 28 days as this woman is a bully and only cares about money at the end. Not even a thankyou for going above and beyond and rescuing the dog.
