My order was delivered to and signed for by a unknown person at a different address and it has taken 6 days to sought out. To be fair to WallArtDirect they had sent it out on time and it was the delivery Company DX where the mistake was made. What compounded the problem was that they would only talk to the sender and not the receiver. The print itself I am pleased with. My only negative regarding WallArt is that they will never answer the phone,they are always unavailable. If you leave a message or send an email then they do reply fairly quickly and the person i dealt with,Steven was most helpful
