I never write Trustpilot reviews, but given the poor rating on here, I felt I had to for this one. Ordered a wallet, got a confirmation email, and when it got to 5 days I decided to check the tracking number. It didn't work, but I wasn't too fazed as Royal Mail tracking numbers don't always work. I then checked Trust pilot - panic. Thought I was done for. Then, as if by divine intervention, I get an email the very same day, just two hours later, telling me my order was out for delivery. I get the order and the wallet is beautifully packed and perfect quality. Surprised after the reviews? Yes. Happy with my purchase? Extremely. Obviously, looking at other reviews, there are problems. Maybe they've ironed these out since I ordered or maybe I was lucky, I don't know. Either way, I would definitely recommend if you're needing a good quality, well priced, well packed wallet.
