Do not buy from this website unless you definitely do not want to return your item. If it turns out out not to be to your liking/right size/colour/quality etc… you will not be able to return it. I tried returning mine to Germany to get a refund and it got return back to me by the courier company 5 weeks later. Walletking phone isn’t being answered. If this company wants to have a good customer service they need a return address in the UK.

Totally agree with some of these reviews. Has the web name of walletking.co.uk so you think its a UK company. Its not! items get shipped from overseas. I returned an item, by tracked delivery on 15.11.25, and it is still stuck in customs. I have e-mailed customer services and they will do NOTHING to assist in the clearance of the goods. I have sent them the tracking details and I just keep getting fobbed off. Avoid at all costs!

I never write Trustpilot reviews, but given the poor rating on here, I felt I had to for this one. Ordered a wallet, got a confirmation email, and when it got to 5 days I decided to check the tracking number. It didn't work, but I wasn't too fazed as Royal Mail tracking numbers don't always work. I then checked Trust pilot - panic. Thought I was done for. Then, as if by divine intervention, I get an email the very same day, just two hours later, telling me my order was out for delivery. I get the order and the wallet is beautifully packed and perfect quality. Surprised after the reviews? Yes. Happy with my purchase? Extremely. Obviously, looking at other reviews, there are problems. Maybe they've ironed these out since I ordered or maybe I was lucky, I don't know. Either way, I would definitely recommend if you're needing a good quality, well priced, well packed wallet.
Bought one of your wallets as a Christmas present on the 2nd December 2024. On the New Year sent an email asking to return it for an exchange. They replied that this is not a problem and can be easily exchanged for another wallet once they receive a return. Posted a return on the 2nd January on my expenses to Luxembourg, have a proof of tracking. Haven't heard anything back since then. Sent a couple of emails, no response whatsoever, 100% ignoring without any response. Avoid this company, don't waste your time and money, because you'll get only big disappointment !!!!
Placed my order several days ago and really concerned if I have been scammed. Not possible to login and check the status, as stating my credentials are incorrect....This is a Christmas gift and would really appreciate confirmation this was a genuine purchase, and goods will be received before the end of next week.
