Having dealt with multiple brands under the same umbrella, I’ve decided to stop shopping from them. After ordering dresses, I had to return several due to sizing inconsistencies that didn’t align with online guides. Returning items has become overly complicated, requiring multiple shipments to different partners. One parcel is now missing, and despite having receipts, I can’t get any support.
