Bought a dress online. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery with DPD.
It should have arrived today, it hasn't even left the warehouse. Asked for my delivery money back. I wanted to wear the dress tomorrow for a special occassion. Absolute joke.
I won't be ordering from them again.
I hope they go out of business considering how many bad reviews I've just seen on here.
Is it any wonder Shein are overtaking British run retail. So annoyed.
It is unbelievable that this service is still operating. I ordered two pairs of trousers, but due to the company's faulty system, I have yet to receive them. A refund was supposedly initiated at the beginning of October, which was two months ago, and I still haven't seen any money back. There is no way to reach a representative. Outrageous behavior.
