I placed an order with yourself on September 22ND paying next day delivery at £4.99 ordering 2 dresses hoping to receive to wear the same week only to be 3weeks on and haven't received the parcel, there's no sign of delivery and Wallis have no idea where my parcel is so have requested a full refund including my delivery charge? Wallis have not been helpful at all with helping with my claim just expecting me to wait a further 10days to see if my parcel turns up! This is no longer my problem and as I no longer need the item 3weeks after ordering! But they are refusing to refund my account!! I will no longer be using Wallis again I think the way they have dealt with this and keeping my money is disgraceful!
