I could easily share others' experiences, but here's mine. I had an eye exam elsewhere and purchased glasses here without insurance. When I picked them up, they couldn't adjust them correctly, which has been a recurring issue. Despite using this service for years, I'm at my breaking point. The staff belittled me when I sought an adjustment. I felt humiliated. I plan to seek a refund before my 60 days are up and will never return.
