The glasses part of the service is fine, but the eye exams are lacking.

I was told it could take up to 8 weeks for insurance reimbursement. I should have been able to return them for a refund immediately. Their return policy is frustrating and unhelpful. My insurance said reimbursement wouldn't take that long, which adds to my frustration. I won't return.
