Flew business class from Narita to Auckland; booked with Air New Zealand but got bumped to Wamos. Bottom line is if I wanted to fly a B Grade airline, I would have booked one and probably saved some money. When one pays a premium price for a premium seat, one expects premium service. In flight entertainment consisted of a couple of moves only. No music, no TV shows. No wifi. Minimal engagement from the staff whom barely spoke english. No assistance to lower the seat. The service was far from what I've experienced when on a proper Air New Zealand flight. Perhaps Economy is ok but they are not up to it with Business. I wouldn't fly on a Wamos flight again, at least not in Business.
