If I could give 0 stars I would.This airline has scammed me and then ignored my problems. I have had one of the worst experiences of my life and I deeply regret buying a ticket with them, I do not recommend it at all. Several months ago (march) I bought a ticket for my vacation with this airline, and I also bought the connection flights and accommodation, basically planned all my vacation around this flight.Recently, I was informed by a very vague e-mail that the flight will no longer take place because the company has decided to dedicate itself to other types of operations and they give Iberojet the responsibility to take charge of the reservations. In the e-mail they told us to wait for Iberojet to contact us for the new tickets. In addition they declared that "it will maintain the conditions of current reservations" in interviews, which is a pure lie.After a while of silence and Wamos and Iberojet passing the responsibility around, it turns out that the best thing they offer me are totally different dates than the ones I had planned in advance because "there are no other availabile flights in the month of august" (another lie), with a shorter trip and logically losing all the connecting flights I had, as well as the accommodation. Iberojet continues to offer flights on the dates that I had initially purchased, but for some reason they consider that the number of travelers with WamosAir is full (despite committing to respect the reservations already made) and they do not offer more space for the rest of the travellers. They have left us abandoned and made us lose a lot of money in accomodation, connective flights and other reservations made in advance. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
