The Philippine flag carrier had Wamos Air on wet lease to fly their Australian routes (SYD, MEL), which was the WORST journey I have ever made to date. The seats were horribly small and tight that my knees (I'm 170 cm tall) were touching the front seat. If your seatmate is a bit wide, their whole bulk will be spilling on you. My mother, who is quite petite, suffered a bruise on her hip due to the small seats!The tray table, when unfolded, hits my gut and makes it extremely uncomfortable during meal service. It was hell to get my personal item under the seat in front of me too; you pray to the gods that the person in front does not move their elbow back or else it smashes in your face. No AC to adjust the air flow, so you're stuck either being hot or being cold. Inflight entertainment is non-existent: only 30 shows loaded on that 10.1" screen, and even the cast names to the movies are wrong! The flight attendants are not at the least attendant; they make you wait ages before they respond to your request. Oh, and they took their sweet time to take the meal trays back so you're stuck in that hellhole. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. THIS WAS ON AN EIGHT HOUR FLIGHT. If you see your flight being operated by Wamos Air, ask for a refund and run as far away as possible!
