Very ordinary flight. Nothing against the staff, they were nice. But the seats are old and uncomfortable. Food ordinary . To get a drink near on impossible, and when you get it it it's in a tiny, flimsy plastic cup.Air New Zealand customers are getting ripped off by Air New Zealand using this charter plane.
