The service was terrible. The staff barely spoke English and had a very superior attitude. The snack was a pie in plastic and when I asked what was in it, it took 3 staff to understand the question and answer it... while treating me like I was a nuisance. The plane was ancient and not up to ait New Zealand standards. I'll use another airline in future, you've lost me Air New Zealand. You'd kept my money for 3 years after COVID-19 then this.
