Tui replacement

Tui flight home from Punta Cana cancelled last minute and replaced with Wamos air. Delayed by 3 hours. Originally had premium seats with tui, but no premium seats on this aircraft (or even extra legroom seats!), but seemed even more cramped than standard seats on the Dreamliner, never mind for a long haul flight. The man next to us didn’t even have enough room to put his tray table down. Night flight so plane took off in darkness (normal) but was pitch black for 3 hours following this - not even given a drink of water within this time. Just everyone sitting there clueless in the dark- the only light was from the tv screens, which couldn’t even be used because they didn’t supply headphones. Staff unhelpful. It was an incredibly poor and frustrating end to what was a lovely holiday.
