It’s incredibly disappointing that Etihad chose to partner with Wamos Air. This was by far the worst flight experience we’ve ever had...subpar plane, terrible food, outdated and practically useless entertainment system, uncomfortable seats, poor service, and an unprofessional crew.Had we known that our flight wasn’t operated by Etihad itself, we absolutely would have reconsidered. We booked with Etihad expecting a trusted, quality airline, not an unfamiliar third-party carrier. The flight wasn’t even cheap, yet we ended up on a flight that's completely substandard.Very disheartening experience. This has seriously affected our trust in Etihad. Never again.
