Went to their shop in Stratford. Accidentally bought a £48 item & asked for a refund within the hour. The shop keepers both argued and made up many excuses and refused.They broke their consumer commitment as below:"All claims for damage or shortages must be notified to our office within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to exchange or refund goods returned in saleable condition with the invoice within 7 days. Refund may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer. Exceptions apply. Statutory rights not affected. "Traumatic experience for us despite it being a store we frequented happily before.We would have liked a full refund.
