I’ve bought many canned goods from this supermarket. Occasionally, I received items in slightly dented cans, but I didn’t raise any concerns before. However, this morning I received a can that was severely dented, almost broken! I emailed to request a refund or replacement, but they responded that it wasn’t their responsibility and suggested I think carefully before purchasing. I will not make any future purchases from this store!

I am typically a loyal customer, but my last purchase left me disappointed. There was a missing item—a Japanese chocolate cake for £4.29. I emailed to request a refund on March 6, 2025, and have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service, and I've lost £4.29 because of this.
I encountered very poor customer service. I received a tea with an expiration date of less than three months. When I contacted customer support, they told me that was normal for this item. Where have you seen a long shelf life product expire in just a few weeks? I used to be a regular customer, but now I’m distancing myself from this grocery store. Fortunately, I can find most of their items elsewhere.
I ordered on Monday, and it arrived Tuesday evening. I only ordered dry goods and jarred items, so I can't comment on the freshness of other products, but there were no issues with the non-perishables. I'm very happy as the store carries some hard-to-find items.

I decided to try this supplier for my monthly Chinese grocery needs. My substantial order arrived on time, and I was impressed with the careful packaging. However, one can of abalone was so badly dented that it appeared to have been struck hard. When I contacted customer service, I received a rude email saying the goods were fit for consumption, even though it was seafood, and no refund or replacement would be offered. Upon opening the can, I found it starting to deteriorate. Due to their poor customer service, they have lost a potential regular customer. Avoid this unreliable seller.
