As of 11/7/25, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered an item on 10/28, and they failed to provide the necessary paperwork for customs clearance. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but their customer service is nearly nonexistent. It feels like I'm doing their job by filling out customs paperwork just to receive my order. Update: On 11/18/25, after persistent communication, my package finally arrived. I had requested a cancellation due to customs issues, but was informed that wasn't possible. The paperwork was eventually submitted, allowing the item to arrive. I changed my rating to 3 stars solely because of the good price and quick shipping, but the customs problems and poor communication significantly marred my experience.
