I placed an order in September, and was told it was stuck in US customs but assured that the company was working with UPS to resolve it. Over a month later, I learned they couldn't clear the item and were trying to get it returned. After a month of vague updates, I contacted UPS myself and found out the package was lost. Now, the company hasn't replied to my email in five days.
As of 11/7/25, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered an item on 10/28, and they failed to provide the necessary paperwork for customs clearance. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but their customer service is nearly nonexistent. It feels like I'm doing their job by filling out customs paperwork just to receive my order. Update: On 11/18/25, after persistent communication, my package finally arrived. I had requested a cancellation due to customs issues, but was informed that wasn't possible. The paperwork was eventually submitted, allowing the item to arrive. I changed my rating to 3 stars solely because of the good price and quick shipping, but the customs problems and poor communication significantly marred my experience.
I ordered some pants that arrived as described and in new condition. UPS charged me $43 in duties without any explanation. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly responded even after hours and issued a refund. Outstanding customer service.
