I purchased a pair of gold shoes which were for a special occasion from Wanan Luxury and when they arrived I discovered they sent me the shoes in rose gold instead. I contacted them to let them know there was an error with my order after which they confirmed the error (apparently they mislabelled the shoes with the wrong colour) and then offered me a €20 credit for the inconvenience. I thought that was laughable because this was more than an inconvenience and that amount doesn’t even cover the shipping fee that I paid for the shoes. I refused the credit and they said the €20 was the best they could do.I have decided that I will be returning the shoes and hopefully I can get my full refund.
