I ordered 9 days ago, and the postal service still hasn't received my item. I get that Black Friday can cause delays, but the lack of communication is frustrating considering I spent £90. Thankfully, I don't need it before next weekend, but for that price, I expected a better experience. I hope it arrives soon!
