I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received.
My blazer arrived with a clear manufacturing fault: a pronounced, bulbous lump in the front seam that completely distorts and throws off the entire appearance of the garment.

I work in the fashion industry, so I’m fully aware of the difference between a crease that can be steamed out and a genuine construction issue. This is unquestionably the latter. The fault is both visible and tangible.
When I contacted customer service, I expected a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was told that the issue was not a fault — essentially being told that what I can clearly see and feel does not exist. That response felt dismissive and frankly insulting. I was not listened to, and my concerns were completely invalidated.

I purchased this blazer skirt set specifically to wear to London Fashion Week for work. As you can imagine, I cannot attend a professional industry event wearing a garment with an obvious tailoring defect. I had hoped for a simple exchange so I could still represent your brand at the event, as I genuinely liked what I saw online and wanted to support a smaller label.

Instead, I was offered no meaningful solution — only the suggestion that I iron it or return it at my own expense. Being required to pay postage to return a faulty item is extremely frustrating, particularly when an exchange was the reasonable resolution I requested.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I wanted to champion your brand during an important fashion week event, but instead I’ve been left out of pocket and unheard. Such a shame.

Disappointing customer service experience.

My experience with customer support was very frustrating. I purchased a top and a shirt that, when I tried them on, did not fit. I promptly returned both items with all original tags and labels still attached, as they had only been tried on. To my shock, my return was denied, and the items were sent back to me with the assertion that they had been 'worn.' This is unacceptable and incorrect, especially for a high-end brand. I encountered refusal and unhelpful accusations, which is not the standard of service one expects when handling relatively pricey clothing.

I placed my order 9 days ago, and the delivery service still hasn’t received the item. I get that busy shopping seasons can lead to delays, but the lack of communication is frustrating, especially considering I spent a significant amount. I placed an order on Thursday night for my Christmas party, yet after 9 days, I still haven't received anything! This is outrageous, and I'm increasingly anxious about where my parcel is, especially since there are no updates on the tracking. I reached out via email and received a response mentioning Black Friday delays, which I understand. However, I'm now getting no replies at all, and the service indicated it hasn't been sent to the postal service yet. I'm over £80 down with no dress and no one is responding to me. No order and lack of communication

I ordered late Thursday night for next day delivery, expecting it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest for my Christmas party on Saturday. I emailed and received a response about Black Friday delays, which I understand, but after two more emails, I've had no reply. The label was printed Friday but not sent to the postal service yet. Now it's been a week, I'm down £80 with no dress, and I'm being ignored while others seem to be receiving their orders. I won't order again and will dispute the payment for a full refund when possible.

Consistently great quality

I've ordered several items from here, and the quality is outstanding. The double-layered sets are incredibly flattering. I received numerous compliments on my bodysuit and mini skirt. The customer service is also fantastic; they've been very accommodating and helpful via email. The hype surrounding this brand is definitely justified!
